Your security and privacy are important to Yeti Plow. In order to make clear how Yeti Plow, Inc. (the “Company”) gathers, utilizes, and discloses your personally identifiable information (also known as “Personal Information”), we are providing this Privacy Policy. This information is provided when you use, access, or register for the Yeti Plow website and mobile applications (also known as “Yeti Plow”) or make use of its services.

You agree to be governed by this privacy policy and indicate that you have read it. You must stop using Yeti Plow right away if you do not want to be bound by this privacy statement.  By revising this document, the Company retains the right to change the Privacy Policy at any moment. Once an update is released, using Yeti Plow will be considered your acceptance of the modifications.

Information we collect 

We may collect and store the following Personal Information from users:

• Information you submit. In the event that you decide to register for an account with Yeti Plow, you will be required to give us your name, email address, password, and location. When using the services, you will be able to submit more details if you register as a customer, such as any information regarding potential snow removal needs.
• Location. Through its marketplace, Yeti Plow connects customers and independent snow removal businesses based on proximity to one another. Once you install or access Yeti Plow, we may use location data from cell towers, Wi-Fi, and GPS to achieve this.
• Information from your browser or device. We will collect information about the device or browser you use to access Yeti Plow. This might include information about the referring webpage.
• Modes of payment.  We will obtain your credit card information or other payment details if you order services from Yeti Plow, as needed to complete transactions for services that you have paid for.
• Information from banks. We could ask for bank account information or other details related to payment receipts if you sign up as a service provider on Yeti Plow so we can send you the fees you get paid.
• Cookies and additional methods of automatic gathering. We may track and examine how you use Yeti Plow using cookies, clear.gifs, log files, heatmaps, and other technologies. Although most mobile devices and online browsers allow you to disable cookies, doing so can make Yeti Plow less useful.

How we use your Personal Information

The Company users Personal Information in the following ways:

• to facilitate for the matching of users for snow removal and other services;
• to calculate the pricing and availability of our services;
• to provide customer and technical support;
• to share your contact information with other users to resolve issues;
• to send informational and promotional emails and text (SMS) messages about Yeti Plow or its affiliates;
• to share your payment information (including credit card information) to third party payment processors in order to facilitate your purchase of services on Yeti Plow;
• to pay you for services completed as a service provider; and
• to comply with legal or governmental orders and processes, including but not limited to subpoenas and discovery requests.

You can ask for your information to be removed by sending an email to admin@Yeti Plow.com. When a user requests that their account be deleted, Yeti Plow does so, unless there are circumstances that require the account to be kept alive, such as legal or regulatory obligations, safety, security, and fraud prevention measures, or a problem pertaining to the user’s account, like an unpaid credit balance or an unresolved claim or dispute. For legal or regulatory reasons, or for legitimate business objectives, we could keep some information after we delete your account.

Kids

Youngsters under the age of thirteen are not the target audience for Yeti Plow, nor do we solicit personal information from them. Please get in touch with us right away so that we can erase any Personal Information you think we might have about a child under the age of 13.

Safety 

The Company uses suitable physical and electronic safeguards to protect your Personal Information because it takes your security seriously. But neither the security of our databases nor the assurance that the data you provide won’t be intercepted en route to us are guaranteed. You understand and agree that any information you send to Yeti Plow or the Company, including Personal Information, is done so at your own risk.

Links to third parties

There may be links on Yeti Plow that lead to websites or apps operated by third parties. We are unable to ensure that your information is secure when dealing with outside parties. You understand and accept that using links from third parties is entirely at your own risk.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is not followed by the Yeti Plow App. Please do not use the Yeti Plow App if you are an EU resident or otherwise subject to GDPR regulations, as we are unable to guarantee compliance.
